This necklace was inspired by Gustav Klimt 1862-1918
painting; Tree of Life, Stoclet Frieze, 1909
Because the print represents three images I chose to use three different strands of fun. I started by making a strand of fringe bead work in gold and black seed beads. I strung wood beads on blue hemp cord and knotted it then added the black fiber.
The polymer clay heart pendant represents the feminine and I used more black to represent the masculine
I made the heart pendant by blending colors. Necklace is 19-1/2"
